However, if you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods, you will receive a full refund or a replacement. You may exchange or have refund on goods, providing they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. Please return within 14 days of the date of invoice and include a copy of the original receipt.

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any purchase of customised Products.
